Diversity & Inclusion Policy

This page was last updated on: August 31, 2025.

More on how we are ensuring that our platform and the world of skincare is a more inclusive and representative place for all races and genders.

We aim to be a vanguard for real, tangible change within the publishing and media industry. Our industry-leading diversity policy aims to support those from historically under-represented and marginalised groups.

Institutional racism in publishing and media is still an incredibly prevalent issue that must be resolved. Even in this modern age, we believe minorities do not receive the amount of compassionate representation they deserve.

This is unacceptable.

Glooshi is an ally of marginalised and unrepresented people, regardless of their age, gender identity, race, cultural background, sexual orientation, body type, ability, and religious background.

Accountability

We’re taking a principled stand and refusing to provide media coverage to brands who are not aligned with our initiative.

Supporting diverse business

We believe that in order to create a more inclusive world, those of us with certain privileges need to do more to even the playing field.

We aim to support businesses owned by people from diverse and minority backgrounds whenever it is possible for us to do so. We aim to achieve this goal through the offering of free promotional services.

Promoting diverse teams

We’re industry-leading in our diverse hiring policies. We are committed to ensuring that an applicant’s credentials are evaluated in the full context of their background and experiences. We actively work to identify and counter bias that can cause highly qualified individuals from diverse and minority backgrounds to lose out to those from privileged backgrounds.

Promoting diverse movements

It’s no secret that we actively use our reach for positive change in the world. Pledging to support social change and activism is a huge part of our ethos. We aim to be the change we wish to see in the world and help bring about a fairer and more inclusive society.

Training & education

We believe that all members of our team need to be on the same page, therefore, as part of our diversity initiative, all staff are offered diversity and anti-racism training. Helping our staff become more knowledgeable on the trials and tribulations of marginalised people is something we believe is integral to ensuring we continue to suppress systemic racism within our industry.

Measurement & Transparency
We are committed to transparency and will annually review our internal progress against these commitments.
